When it does NOT make sense to work together
If you want rent far above the market just because “I put money into it”, or if you want zero screening,
about tenants (“I’ll just kick them out if they don’t pay”), then we’re not on the same wavelength.

Do you guarantee a minimum sale price?
No. I can show you how I see the market, what closed recently, and the realistic range for your apartment.
If I promised a “guaranteed amount”, I’d only tell you what you want to hear — not the truth.
Do I need a full renovation to sell?
Not necessarily. In some cases, a serious clean, small repairs, and a logical setup are enough.
We discuss major renovations case by case, because they’re not always recovered in the sale price.
Do you work exclusively or also with other agencies?
We can discuss exclusivity or open collaboration — what matters is a clear plan, not chaos with
ten different listings, ten different prices, ten different texts.
Ce comision percepi?
The commission depends on the type of transaction (sell / buy / rent) and the level of involvement
required. I’m not aiming to be “the cheapest”, but to deliver value and a clear process — we discuss openly before we start.
